(Aug. 20, 2005) - Dario Franchitti recorded a lap of 174.747 miles per hour (20.6972 seconds) in the #27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone during qualifying on the 1-mile oval at Pikes Peak International Raceway and will start from the fourth position for Sunday's running of the Indy Racing League® IndyCar® Series Honda Indy 225. The 13th event of the 2005 IndyCar Series season is set to go green at 3:45 p.m. (EDT) Sunday with ABC providing live broadcast coverage of the 225-lap event beginning at 3:30 p.m. (EDT). Dario Franchitti, #27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone: "The ArcaEx car was setup a little better than it was this morning when we struggled a little bit, particularly in the second practice session, so it was nice that the car felt pretty good in qualifying. We were slightly short in our gear ratio and that might have hurt us a little but it was certainly better than this morning. Pikes Peak is one of those tracks where it doesn't matter where you qualify; if you have a fast car you'll go to the front. If your car goes off you go straight to the back.
