National Scientific Corporation Lands New Travado Customers and Orders

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Aug. 1, 20059, 2005--U.S. technology firm National Scientific Corporation (OTCBB:NSCT) today announced it has recorded a series of new orders and executed deliveries for its Travado(TM) technology from both existing customers, as well as new customers. Travado technology combines advanced GPS and WiFi embedded systems to provide real-time tracking and optional wireless secure video solutions for schools and other public and private users.

The company has received second phase orders for its Mini-Travado(TM) from the City of Corpus Christi, Texas for use with its police force and other first responders, as well as other municipal government applications. This product provides asset location in addition to monitoring and reporting of other salient information. This order has been shipped and customer deployment is underway.

The good sales news also extends to its full-featured Travado IBUS(TM) line, which includes powerful video functionality and child tracking features in addition to its core GPS tracking and WiFi communication capabilities. These IBUS wins include a new school district in the greater Tucson, AZ area for an order of 25 IBUS units, as well as a new order from Scottsdale Unified School District for an additional 37 IBUS units. The units will be installed and delivered to the end customers through Auto Safety House.
