ISO reacts to IRC Report "Auto Injury Insurance Claims"

Hi,

Given your coverage of your recent coverage of the IRC study that 
compares auto injury claims in four tort states , I am hoping you would 
be interested in the attached piece in which ISO reacts to the findings 
of the report.

ISO's VP, Lee Fogle, comments on the findings that reveal dramatically 
different types of treatments and charges for auto injuries in different 
states, and investigates in more depth how insurance companies 
internationally can combat the rising costs of BI claims:

“The technology to prevent spiraling auto insurance claims costs already 
exists. This technology enables claims handlers to better understand 
injuries and the related medical costs as well as the expected levels of 
treatment for injuries.”
