Chrysler Group Announces Changes in Dodge Marketing and Business Center Operations

- Two Leading Executives Exchange Jobs to Further Career Development

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Aug. 17 -- Chrysler Group announced two new management appointments today affecting its Dodge Marketing and Business Center organizations. Darryl R. Jackson, will exchange assignments with Steven J. Landry as Vice President - Great Lakes Business Center. Steven J. Landry will be Vice President - Dodge Marketing. Both positions are effective September 1.

"These appointments are a great opportunity for both of these individuals to broaden their professional experience."

Darryl R. Jackson joined Chrysler Group in 1992 as Manager - Accounting Research and Analysis. Since that time, Jackson has held a series of increasingly responsible positions within the Finance, Controlling and Global Marketing departments. Most recently, as Vice President - Dodge Marketing, he oversaw the launch of critical new products in 2005 such as the Dodge Charger and the Dodge Ram Mega-Cab. Jackson holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from Harvard University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. In his new position, Jackson will be responsible for all Field Sales and Service activities within the Great Lakes region and in charge of the Chrysler Group's largest Business Center. Jackson will report directly to Gary E. Dilts, Senior Vice President - Sales.

Steven J. Landry joined Chrysler Group in September 1982 as a Distribution Analyst in the Western Region of Chrysler Canada, Ltd. He served in a number of key positions, including Vice - President, Dealer Operations and Director - Product Launch and Global Training, as well as Director - Marketing, Chrysler Canada. Landry holds a bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA from Michigan State University. In his new assignment, Landry will be responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the Dodge Marketing and Product Planning activities. Landry will report directly to George E. Murphy, Senior Vice President - Global Marketing.
