Solomon Signs UK Commercial Marine Representative

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.--Aug. 1, 20057, 2005--Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOLM) today announced that EnviroBoat Developments, Ltd. (EBD) will represent Solomon's products in the commercial marine markets throughout the UK with specific focus on passenger boats.

Gordon Hall, Managing Director for EBD said, "We are very keen to promote Solomon products in the UK. We will act as a consultancy to commercial boat and small inland power craft operators that desire to implement low-pollution motive systems in their vessels.
