RouteOne to Integrate With Wilson Technologies
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. and FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Aug. 15, 2005 -- RouteOne LLC and Wilson Technologies (Wilson) have announced their partnership to integrate the RouteOne credit application management system with the Wilson dealership management system (DMS).
RouteOne is a joint venture created by the financial arms of DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and Toyota. RouteOne provides an efficient process by which auto dealers are able to process credit applications to their captive finance companies as well as other finance sources and lending institutions, all from a single desktop.
"We know that DSP integration is important to dealers, and we're providing that integration to the fullest extent possible," said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. "Our partnership with Wilson proves our commitment to our dealer customers."
Wilson Technologies supplies a closed loop management system to automobile dealers that provides Showroom/Internet controls, Security and Compliance (inclusive of all State & Federal requirements), Finance & Insurance Utilities, eContracting, CRM (Customer Relationship/Retention Management) and other related Dealer Services in a secure, encrypted database.
RouteOne and Wilson dealers will benefit from automated customer data processing tools that enable the dealer to pre-populate information on credit applications, thereby reducing redundant data entry and speeding the customer handling process.
"Wilson already provided us with a complete, cost effective solution for State & Federal legal compliance, CRM, and F&I," said David Fisher Jr., of the Suburban Collection. "The added benefit of being able to use this same system to access RouteOne for credit applications further contributes to the efficiency of our stores."
