Grand Prix Of Denver Race Day Activities, August 14

                Race will start 1:45 p.m. - Rain or Shine

   What:    CENTRIX Financial Grand Prix of Denver presented by PacifiCare
            official race.

The Grand Prix of Denver race will take place rain or shine. "We are prepared for whatever weather Mother Nature brings our way today," said Jim Freudenberg, general manager at the Grand Prix of Denver. "The Pepsi Center will be open and race fans can watch the Grand Prix race on the jumbo TV screens inside. Also, race goers can get out of the potential weather at the Universal Lending Pavilion, which is located inside the racetrack."

   When: Friday, August 14, 2005
         7:00 a.m.             Track opens to the public

         10:15 to 11:00 am     Formula BMW Race #2

         11:30 to 12:15 pm     Toyota Atlantic Race, 35 laps or 45 minutes,
                               Track
                               *Katherine Legge, only female competitor

         1:00 pm               Opening Ceremonies, Festivities kick off with
                               an Air Force fighter jet fly-by, Grand
                               Marshal Jason Priestley and CENTRIX Financial
                               CEO Robert Sutton will begin pre-race
                               festivities at the Start/Finish line.

         1:45 pm               START OF GRAND PRIX OF DENVER RACE

         Post Race             Winner's Circle is located at the Southwest
                               outside corner of Pepsi Center. Press
                               conference with Grand Prix winner will be
                               held at the media center.

         Where:                Grand Prix racetrack -- best place to enter
                               and exit is Chopper and Speer
                               Blvd (Track Turns 7 and 6) TV trucks, please
                               call the below PR reps for track access.

         Note:                 Camera crews please note that the track is
                               hot during the races.  Media trucks can cross
                               at the following times-10:00 a.m. to
                               10:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.,
                               12:15 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. and after the Champ
                               Car race at 4:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
