24th ANNUAL NHRA LUCAS OIL nationals
BRAINERD INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY - BRAINERD, MINN.
AUGUST 11-14, 2005

G Squared Motorsports Race Equipment Partially Recovered
Team to Race at Brainerd

BRAINERD, Minn. (August 9, 2005) - G Squared Motorsports is elated to
announce the recovery of most of the critical racing components stolen
last week in Omaha, Neb. George Smith reported, "We are still sorting
out the extent of the success. Although we're missing all of our tools,
the golf cart, two pit bikes and many other valuable items, we wish to
report that the NHRA Pro Stock motorcycle, three S&S Pro Stock engines
and assorted spare parts, a new complete Kosman Buell rolling chassis,
and the "Gangster" motorcycle are back in the possession of G2."

The police investigation is ongoing and they will continue to try to
locate the remaining missing items.

"Over the weekend, due to intensive police work, local law enforcement
authorities recovered one of the S&S Pro Stock engines and the modified
2004 Dyna Superglide street bike", said Smith. "Then on Monday, August
8th, key bikes and parts were anonymously returned to G Squared. We
don't know any of the details, but we're really happy to have the G
Squared S&S Pro Stock race bike and engines back."

"We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to the Omaha and surrounding
area law enforcement agencies, the media and many individuals throughout
the country that have assisted with this recovery."

Chip Ellis, G Squared team member and rider of the G2 S&S NHRA Pro Stock
motorcycle, has spent the last week in Omaha trying to recover the
racing transporter contents. Said Ellis, "I want to thank the Sarpy
County Sheriff's office and the Iowa Highway Patrol - those guys have
been great and gone out of their way to help us out. I especially want
to thank Chris Rueter (local resident and former NHRA Pro Stock racer
and friend of the Bryce's) for letting me stay at his house the past
week and taking good care of me and driving me all over the area looking
for the rig and it's contents."

George Bryce thanked their many supporters, "Due to overwhelming support
and help from our contacts on the internet, the NHRA, law enforcement
personnel, our competitors and all our friends around the country, we
have recovered about 75% of our racing equipment. I also want to thank
Chip Ellis for hanging in there. This probably has been the longest and
most frustrating week in Chip's life, but he didn't give up and his
commitment to our team really paid off."

Bryce continued, "G Squared and Chip Ellis will attend NHRA Brainerd as
scheduled. We had accepted Rocklin Harley Davidson's gracious offer to
use Matt Guidera's bike, but will now explore the possibility of racing
out of our own rig. We're still missing a lot of stuff and we've got to
take inventory and figure out the best way to proceed. Since the
thousands of dollars worth of tools that we've accumulated over the
years are gone, for example, we have to come up with a plan on how to
service the bike once we get to the track. We still have a lot of work
to do to get the race team operational again."

Jackie Bryce summed it up, "I feel like a miracle has occurred and our
prayers have been answered. This season has been an emotional roller
coaster - Ken Johnson's devastating injury, the theft and recovery of
our transporter, and now the return of the Pro Stock bike and engines.
Throughout it all, we've received constant calls and e-mails of support
and encouragement. The offer to help from the other teams shows you how
great the racing family is. We still have a lot of rebuilding to do,
but we will all pull together and be stronger than ever."
