          "Kentucky is bumpy and challenging, but I've had some good races there in the past.  This is the
challenging part of the season because races come one after the other.  The entire XM Satellite Radio team
is very encouraged by our win at Michigan and I can't wait to get back out on the track."

       Herta started on the pole and dominated the race on his way to victory at the Firestone Indy 400 in the
       most recent IndyCar Series event.
       At Michigan, Herta led 159 of 200 laps and earned his second career IndyCar Series win.
       By collecting 53 points at the Firestone Indy 400, Herta jumped four spots and moved to fifth in the
       IndyCar Series points championship. He is 42 points out of fourth place.
       Since Herta won the race at Michigan, one fan will collect $10,000, courtesy of XM Satellite Radio's
       Fast Cash promotion.  For each race Herta wins, one additional fan will win $10,000.
       Herta is the 22nd different driver to win two or more races in IndyCar Series history.
       Herta recorded a third-place finish at the 2005 Indianapolis 500, his best finish at the famed track.
       This will be Herta's third trip to Kentucky in the IndyCar Series.  His best finish was third in 2003.
       Since his first IndyCar Series race in 2003, Herta is tied with the fourth-most top-10 results among all
       IndyCar Series drivers and has the fifth-most top-five finishes.
       Herta is one of three drivers in 2005 to claim three pole positions.  He took his first pole at Phoenix, the
       second at the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and the third at Michigan.
       Herta has four career major open-wheel racing wins and ten poles.
       Herta's first IndyCar Series victory came at Kansas Speedway in 2003.

          "In relation to the other speedways, Kentucky is the bumpiest track in the corners.  At other tracks,
you will have bumps in the straights, but Kentucky is very bumpy in the corners, so that will be something we
really focus on.  Mechanically, you have to maintain more grip going through those corners than if the track
was smooth.  As a last resort, you would have to add downforce which adds drag and decreases speed."
