DAVIE, Fla., Aug. 5, 2005 -- Bristol West Holdings, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.07 per share payable on or before September 1, 2005 to all shareholders of record as of August 18, 2005.

Bristol West will be reporting its second quarter earnings after the close of the securities markets on Tuesday, August 9, 2005.
