DENVER--Aug. 3, 2005--Clancy Systems International, Inc. (OTCBB: CLSI) expands Park-by-Phone to Lanier Parking Systems operations in Wilmington, NC. After a very successful program in Lanier's Wrightsville Beach, NC, operations, Lanier is expanding the Park-by-Phone system to its operations in Wilmington, NC.
