Auto Data Network Announces Appointment of Aftersoft Management Team

NEW YORK & TUNBRIDGE WELLS, UK--Aug. 3, 2005--Auto Data Network (OTC Pink Sheets: ADNW), a provider of software and real-time data services to the worldwide automotive industry, today announced the Aftersoft management team. Aftersoft is a wholly owned subsidiary of Auto Data Network Inc., which recently signed an acquisition agreement to vend Aftersoft into W3 Group Inc. (OTCBB: WWWT), is a leading supplier of ERP Supply Chain management solutions to parts manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

The senior management team of the Aftersoft Group will consist of:

Chief Executive Officer: Paul van den Berg

Mr. van den Berg is currently president and CEO of Aftersoft's wholly owned subsidiary CarParts Technologies Inc., where he has been incremental in recent revenues and profit growth. Prior to joining CarParts, Paul has had an extensive track record in the software industry holding senior positions in private and public software companies.

Chief Operating Officer and President: Michael Jamieson

Mr. Jamieson is CEO of Aftersoft's wholly owned subsidiary MAM Software Limited. MAM Software is based in the UK and is Europe's leading provider of aftermarket software and services. Mike's father, Murdo Jamieson, founded MAM in 1984, and Mike has been working in the business since 1991. Mike has been responsible for a substantial increase in sales and profit since becoming CEO of MAM at the beginning of last year.

Chief Financial Officer: Michael O'Driscoll

Mr. O'Driscoll has been CFO of multiple private and public companies over the last 16 years and previously served as a senior position with Deloitte.

Aftersoft Group's independent auditors are Corbin & Co. (Irvine, CA), which are also Car Parts Technologies' independent auditors.

In conjunction with the closing of the merger with W3 Group, Aftersoft intends to announce a full board of independent directors whose experience will be able to assist the Company in developing its exciting growth strategy and corporate governance and represent investors' interests.
