Infiniti of Chantilly Hosts Open House; Infiniti Celebrates Its First African American-Owned Dealership in Chantilly, Va.

GARDENA, Calif.--July 31, 2005--Infiniti, the luxury marque of Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA), will make history today by hosting an open house of the first African American-owned dealership in Chantilly, Va. Infiniti of Chantilly becomes one of two African American-owned Infiniti dealerships in Infiniti's East Region and will be operated by Reginald Brown, along with his partner Jay H. Nussbaum, who both serve as local businessmen and community advocates in the Virginia and Washington D.C. areas.

Mr. Brown's appointment as dealer-principal of Infiniti of Chantilly supports NNA's commitment to help improve business results by establishing a more diverse dealer network as part of Nissan's Corporate Diversity Initiative. To date, NNA has increased its number of African American-owned dealerships nationwide by 213 percent since the launch of the initiative in 1998. With the appointment of Mr. Brown as dealer-principal, NNA will have at least one African American dealer in all of its Nissan and Infiniti Regions, making a total of 25 African American-owned dealerships.

"The appointment of an African American dealer supports Infiniti's commitment to improve diversity among its dealer body and we are excited to have Mr. Brown join our team," said Mark Igo, vice president, Infiniti Division. "Opening a new dealership provides yet another opportunity for our customers to access our exciting Infiniti line-up."

Infiniti will celebrate the Open House at Infiniti of Chantilly, located at 1445 Auto Park Circle in Chantilly, Virginia, on Sunday, July 31st, from 2 - 6 p.m. Infiniti of Chantilly employees and their families, Nissan executives and city officials will be present to celebrate the opening of the new dealership.

"We chose to join the Infiniti family because of its strong reputation and its commitment to diversity," said Brown. "It's a very exciting time to join the Infiniti family, and we look forward in meeting the needs of the marketplace's increasingly diverse customer base."
