(July 30, 2005) - Dario Franchitti recorded a lap of 218.570 miles per hour (32.9414 seconds) in the #27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone during qualifying at Michigan International Speedway and will start from the seventh position for Sunday's running of the Indy Racing League® IndyCar® Series Firestone Indy 400. The 11th event of the 2005 IndyCar Series season is set to go green at 3:15 p.m. (EDT) Sunday with ABC providing live broadcast coverage of the 200-lap event beginning at 3 p.m. (EDT). Dario Franchitti, #27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone: "We still have a bit of work to do with the ArcaEx car. This place is a bit trickier than you would think being a big, wide 2-mile oval.
