Iteris Inc. to Present at B. Riley & Co. Annual Investor Conference in New York; To Discuss Strategy and Technology at Presentation on Aug. 11, 2005

ANAHEIM, Calif.--July 29, 2005--Iteris Inc. (AMEX:ITI), a leading provider of traffic optimization and safety technology, today announced that Jim Miele, the company's chief financial officer, will present at the B. Riley & Co. New York Investor Conference at 12:35 p.m. (Pacific) on Aug. 1, 20051, 2005. The conference is located at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York.

Miele will provide an update on the company's state-of-the-art traffic optimization and vehicle safety technologies and discuss progress related to the market penetration of its AutoVue(TM) Lane Departure Warning System, which addresses the leading cause of fatalities on U.S. roads. AutoVue(TM) is now available on the Infiniti M series and FX series of automobiles and is currently installed in approximately 13,000 heavy trucks worldwide. Miele will also discuss the Iteris infrastructure businesses, which provide products and services to the Intelligent Transportation Systems' market to better enhance and optimize the flow of traffic. In addition, a brief financial overview of Iteris will be discussed.
