ILLINOISAN DON KRUSE PURCHASES FIRST NEW GENERATION PAVEMENT SILVER CROWN CAR

BELLEVILLE, Kan. – Don Kruse, who co-owns the No. 6 licensed USAC Valvoline
National Sprint Car Series car driven by co-owner Mat Neely, is the first
owner of the new generation pavement Silver Crown car.

Kruse purchased a Stealth chassis, becoming the first person to own one of
the new cars, which will compete for the first time during the 2006 season
on the pavement tracks.

“This is the way to go right now,” said Kruse, a Brighton, Ill. native who
resides in Godfrey, Ill. “The purses are going to get better and we’re going
to get more exposure. I’ve always wanted to go Silver Crown racing and weed
myself from Sprint cars, and now that will happen.”

The Brownsburg, Ind.-based Stealth Motorsports is one of four car chassis
construction outlets already in the process of building or designing the new
generation pavement cars. Stealth President Joey Martin has already
confirmed the current or future purchase of three more cars among two
owners, with the names of those to be released soon.

Martin is thrilled to have sold his first car, and expects the new car
project to gain momentum as the year winds down.

“We are excited to have Don Kruse as part of our program,” Martin said.
“Being associated with a professional program such as Don’s is truly a fine
addition to our effort. We have established a firm timeline of events, from
testing until PIR (Phoenix International Raceway), that fits everyone’s
needs.”

Kruse began his career in motorsports in 1974 as a driver, and competed for
nearly three years before taking a hiatus from the sport. He returned in
1999 to assist a friend in Silver Crown racing, then became involved as a
co-owner in the Sprint cars with the Davis and Bowman stable.

Kruse migrated back to Silver Crown racing last year with the Six-R racing
team and has partnered with the Dynamics Inc. squad in 2005, providing a
dirt car for Neely at Indianapolis and Terre Haute, Ind. As a member of Team
Six-R, Kruse has been an integral part of the pavement program.

Kruse’s goal is to own a second pavement car in the future, maybe as early
as 2006, and expects to employ the dirt car in the series as well.

“I’d really like to have two (pavement) cars in the future, but we’ll just
see what happens,” Kruse said.

The car should be completed in its entirety by the end of August, and Kruse
and Martin expect to test the car in late September or early October. An
exhibition race is scheduled for Oct. 8 at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City,
Kan. during the NASCAR Nextel Cup weekend.

Kruse expects to have Neely as the driver for the first pavement car. Kruse
plans to have Low Voltage Solutions of Downers Grove, Ill. on board as a
primary sponsor with a Mopar powerplant employed.
