Leading compliance software company Compli(R) and PreventionPoint LLC, a subsidiary of national employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP, have agreed to jointly develop and market an expanded version of the web-based Compli Director(TM) software platform. The new 4.0 version, slated for release later this year, will include new functionality and content to manage pre-employment processes for automobile, truck, and RV dealerships in the U.S.
The pre-employment features will be added to Compli Director 3.0, which was introduced to dealerships in January of this year. This product fully supports auto dealership compliance with regulations concerning finance and insurance (F&I), consumer communication, sales management, desking, and employment practices. Compli Director also enables dealerships to manage compliance with a host of regulations related to environmental quality and workplace safety, along with Regulation M, Regulation Z, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), among others.
