Delphi to Announce Second Quarter Financial Results On Aug. 8

WHAT: Delphi Corp. will host a briefing and conference call for news media representatives, institutional investors and security analysts to discuss Delphi's second quarter 2005 financial results.

WHO: Delphi's Chairman and CEO Robert S. "Steve" Miller and Delphi's acting Chief Financial Officer John Sheehan will host this event. The meeting will include a brief overview of Delphi's second quarter 2005 financial results followed by an opportunity for participants to ask questions.

WHEN: A press release highlighting Delphi's second quarter 2005 financial results will be issued at 7:30 a.m. (ET) on Monday, Aug. 8, 2005 via PR Newswire and First Call.
