Orbian Corp. Names Two New Board Members
Dean R. Miller Appointed Chairman of Orbian Corp. Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee
NORWALK, Conn., July 26 -- Orbian Corp., a leading supply- chain finance company offering cost-effective receivables finance utilizing market-leading technology, announces that Dean R. Miller and James R. McMurray have joined the Orbian Board of Directors.

McMurray and Miller will join the company's other five board members, including Duncan Goldie-Morrison, Chairman; John Kinghorn; Thomas Dunn; Mark Evans; and Naresh Kumar. Miller has been appointed Orbian Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee Chairperson.
Dean R. Miller
Miller is an independent business consultant. Previously Miller had a twenty-year career with JP Morgan Chase, where he was most recently Managing Director, Head of Operations in Asia. Miller led the regional effort, replacing legacy operating systems ranging from trade capture to processing, sub-ledger, general ledger and reporting across all locations in Asia. Additional major accountabilities included implementation of new business platforms in Mumbai and Seoul, and re-orientation of the business capabilities in Hong Kong and Sydney. Previously, he held positions including Asia Pacific Regional Controller, Corporate Finance Business Group Controller, Emerging Market Asia Group Controller, and Controller - JP Morgan Japan. Miller is a Certified Public Account.
James R. McMurray
McMurray is Senior Vice President of SAP's Global Retail Industry Business Unit. Since January 2003 he has been responsible for the global industry strategy, solution definition and overseeing the industry-specific development of SAP business solutions for retail companies. As head of SAP Industry Business Unit - Retail, McMurray leads SAP's Global efforts for the SAP for Retail solution based in Chicago. McMurray joined SAP from Deloitte Consulting where he served as senior manager and industry lead for Deloitte's SAP retail practice.
