"MOPAR THUNDER" AT ELDORA NEXT FOR SPRINTERS
KRUSEMAN TAKES VALVOLINE "INDIANA SPRINT WEEK" TITLE
DARLAND, KRUSEMAN, GAINES, JONES WIN FINALES

The "Mopar Thunder" Sprint Car event at the Eldora Speedway in
Rossburg, Ohio is just two weeks away, scheduled for Saturday night, August
6. Offering $200,000 in prize money, it is the richest non-winged Sprint
car race in America.

Levi Jones of Olney, Ill. emerged as the third point leader of
the week in the Valvoline National Sprint Car Series after his victory in
Friday night's "Jan Opperman Classic" at the Terre Haute (Ind.) Action
Track. He leads Dave Darland by only two points and Jay Drake by 22 going
into the Eldora spectacular.

Jones led all but the first five laps of Friday night's 30-lap
Terre Haute feature in his Lucas Oil/Karavan Trailer Maxim/Gaerte in
beating Shane Cottle, Darland, Bud Kaeding and Josh Wise.

Cory Kruseman of Ventura, Calif. finished eighth at Terre
Haute to outpoint Jones by 33 to win the 2005 Valvoline "Indiana Sprint
Week" Championship. Kruseman won Wednesday night's race at Gas City and
finished third at Putnamville Tuesday and eighth at Lawrenceburg Thursday
in his Vital Express/Snyder Engines Bullet.

Darland recorded his first series victory in four years with
Tuesday night's 30-lap victory at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville. He
led all but nine laps in his Hoosier Race Tires/Weld Wheels Chalk/Claxton
to beat Cottle, Kruseman, Wise and Jones.

Kruseman led the final seven laps at Gas City Wednesday after
leader Brandon Petty's engine faltered. Kruseman was trailed by Jones,
Justin Marvel, Dickie Gaines and Drake.

Gaines led the final 23 laps of Thursday night's "Robbie
Stanley Classic" at Lawrenceburg Speedway in his Service Drywall/Thermo
Spray of Indiana DRC/Chevy, beating Cottle, Jerry Coons, Jr., Shane
Hollingsworth and Mat Neely.
