BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 21 -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable August 15, 2005 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2005.
