Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 134th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio, July 20 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable September 30, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business September 2, 2005. This will mark the 134th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
