CHD Meridian Healthcare Opens On-Site Pharmacy for BMW

CHADDS FORD, Pa.--July 18, 2005--I-trax, Inc. (Amex: DMX), a leader in integrated health and productivity management, announced today that CHD Meridian Healthcare, an I-trax company, has opened an employer-sponsored, on-site pharmacy for BMW Manufacturing Co. in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The pharmacy is operated, managed and staffed by CHD Meridian Healthcare and serves approximately 4,600 associates and their dependents at BMW's Spartanburg plant. The pharmacy is staffed by three licensed pharmacists, four certified pharmacy technicians, two cashiers and incorporates the latest automation technology. The pharmacy also provides private counseling rooms to facilitate one-on-one consultations between the pharmacist and customers, a unique service in the industry. In private consultations, individuals can ask questions and receive information and advice about their medication and health condition. CHD Meridian Healthcare believes these consultations improve care and increase medication compliance.

"Prescription drug costs have been increasing in double digits and are the fastest growing portion of BMW's healthcare benefits," explained Bunny Richardson, spokeswoman for BMW. "The on-site pharmacy will allow BMW to continue to offer competitive pharmacy benefits for our associates and help curtail rising drug prescription costs. CHD Meridian specializes in managing on-site healthcare centers, including pharmacies, and we are looking for their expertise to provide high quality service at a lower cost for our associates and their families."

"We are thrilled to be working with BMW on its initiative to offer quality health services to its associates and lower its healthcare costs," said I-trax's chairman, Frank A. Martin. "The pharmacy care services that we are able to deliver through this facility enable BMW associates to interact on a very personal level with their pharmacist. We believe that it is this focus on the quality of care in conjunction with the convenience of a small-town pharmacy and competitive pricing that creates a win-win situation for BMW, their associates and dependents."
