DaimlerChrysler Chooses the NTN iTV Network to Promote Launch of the New Dodge Charger

Advertising Package Represents the First Major Campaign Sold by Channel M Media on Behalf of the NTN iTV Network

CARLSBAD, Calif., July 14 -- NTN Communications, Inc., (AMEX:NTN) a leader in interactive communications and entertainment products for the hospitality industry, and Channel M, Inc., NTN's advertising sales partner specializing in connecting brands with consumers in entertainment-based media, announced today that DaimlerChrysler has signed a multi-tiered advertising and promotional deal to promote their new Dodge Charger.

The package promoting the new Dodge Charger represents the first major campaign finalized by Channel M on behalf of NTN since the inception of their partnership earlier this year. Beginning in August and continuing through mid-November, Dodge Charger will sponsor NTN Texas Hold 'em, the hugely popular new interactive poker offering on the NTN iTV Network.

"We're very pleased to have gotten off to a great start in our partnership with Channel M," said Mark deGorter, President and Chief Operating Officer of the NTN iTV Network. "We're confident that the steps we took earlier in the year by outsourcing our ad sales efforts to eliminate internal costs, combined with additional revenue being generated by Channel M, will contribute greater income levels to the division compared to last year."

Channel M sells advertising on the NTN iTV Network, the world's largest and most popular on-premise, interactive gaming network. The NTN iTV Network broadcasts trivia quiz shows, play along sports programs, and casino games to over 3,700 restaurants, sports bars and taverns across North America, and reaches more than a million consumers daily on over 12,000 NTN screens.

Channel M, with a history of selling advertising and programming on alternative closed networks, is a natural fit to promote the value of advertising on the NTN iTV Network. Channel M currently sells advertising and produces programs for Blockbuster Video, EB Games and Chuck E. Cheese restaurants, as well as arcades and theaters around the country.

"Our whole team is thrilled to have added the NTN iTV Network into our growing mix of distribution," said David Teichner, CEO of Channel M. "It fits perfectly from a demographic perspective, and the media provides marketers a targeted buy with the interactivity they are all looking for. We have numerous clients looking at participating on the network, and we are very optimistic about the revenue potential for both companies."

In addition to sponsoring Texas Hold 'em, Dodge Charger will run a comprehensive media schedule on the NTN iTV Network, including in-game advertising and interactive player polling.
