RACINE, Wis.--July 13, 2005--Modine Manufacturing Company , a diversified world leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it will provide a Webcast, both live and as a replay, of its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for Wednesday, July 20 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern Time).

In addition to shareholder consideration of four management proposals during the business portion, the Annual Meeting will be highlighted by a slide presentation from Modine President and Chief Executive Officer David Rayburn, who will review fiscal 2005 developments and financial results and comment on the strategic, long-term outlook for the Company.
