"Toyota won't accept any kind of defect," noted Dan Baughman, executive vice president and secretary-treasurer of Arvin Sango, in a recent interview with The Madison Courier. "In January 2003, the Madison facility began to take the necessary steps toward achieving the next level of production quality. With Toyota's help, we set improvement goals, and together we tackled the tough issues that were impeding our performance. Receiving this recognition is a great testament to the power of collaboration between a supplier and its customer."
