INKSTER, Mich., July 8 -- David L. Treadwell has been named president of the Hillsdale Division of EaglePicher, Inc. Bert Iedema, EaglePicher president and CEO, made the announcement.

Treadwell will oversee all operations of the manufacturer that supplies precision machined components and assemblies, including noise/vibration/harshness (NVH) components, knuckles/corner systems and pump components, to automakers and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide. "I look forward to working with the Hillsdale Division," said Treadwell. "The company's solid manufacturing capabilities provide an excellent foundation for this transition."

"We are fortunate to have someone of David's capabilities at EaglePicher," said Iedema. "He will assist greatly with our reorganization efforts at Hillsdale Division." EaglePicher filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 in April.
