Toyota announces price hikes for 4 models in U.S.

NEW YORK July 3, 2005 Japan Today reported that Toyota Motor Corp on Friday announced hikes in the manufacturer's suggested retail prices for four popular models in the United States, including the 2006 model-year Camry midsize sedan.

The remaining models are the 2006 Camry Solara coupe and convertible, the 2005 RAV4 sport utility vehicle and the 2005 Prius midsize gas-electric hybrid sedan, the automaker said in a statement. (Kyodo)
