ARLINGTON, TX, July 1, 2005.

MARS International is excited to announce that it added 6 new business
operations with MARS Operators in the month of June, bringing the total of
new MARS operations for the year to 45.

"We are eager to see these new businesses really take off," said Jayson
Jones, president.

"We train and certify Operators in 27 different repairs, ranging from dent
and scratch removal, to stain removal and carpet repairs, and a lot in
between."

MARS International has been actively recruiting Operators throughout the
country and Canada as part of a rigorous expansion effort. The newest class
of Operators include: Alan Easton, NH; Jeff Carlisle, MO; Matt Thorniley,
NY; Steve Mesecher, MA; Steve Vaughn, MI; Todd Devereaux, NE.

All have completed an extensive qualification and interview process before
being chosen to become a MARS Operator. They trained for two weeks at the
MARS National Training Center in Arlington, Tex., where they learned to
restore the look and feel of a used to car to a like-new condition. This
training is supplemented with two weeks of field training provided by a
successful MARS Operator in their region. They join hundreds of successful
MARS Operators located throughout the United States.
