Los Angeles, CA, 06-22-2005 - With a heritage deeply rooted in a successful 
Monte Carlo Rally racing program of yesteryear, TEAMMIGHTYMINIZ and the MINI 
Cooper are continuing the tradition of underdog motorsports with an 
onslaught of track and canyon driving, coming directly to your TV set on 
SPEED network's newest series, Street Tuner Challenge. 

In the premiere episode of this series, airing June 29, 2005 at 7:30 PM on 
SPEED, Street Tuner Challenge follows TEAMMIGHTYMINIZ to Buttonwillow 
Raceway for an inaugural time trial event, the MINI Challenge hosted by 
Redline Track events. Watch as the MINI community's top driving group 
compete feverishly for top position, with drivers ranging from amateurs to 
seasoned track veterans. Will a spin at the final turn end in disaster? 

Having not gotten enough at the track, Was Productions followed the TEAM 
through the winding mountain roads of Southern California, for a spirited 
romp on what are arguably some of the most technical, treacherous roads in 
North America. Get a close look into impeccably tuned machines and the 
newest generation of motorsports enthusiasts who pilot them on July 6, 2005 
at 7:30 PM on SPEED.
