Evader Joins with Brazilian Distributor for Multi-Million Dollar Gas/Electric Sales Deal in South America

SALVADOR, Brazil--June 23, 2005--Bellevue-Washington based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us.) (Pink Sheets: EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge EPIC technology is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the Garini Motorcycle Group of Brazil for the production and delivery of more than 110,000 gas and electric motorcycles and scooters over the next five years.

As part of the agreement, which includes both gas and electric motorcycles and scooters, Garini and Evader will jointly build an assembly facility in central Brazil. Evader and the Garini Group will then assemble, market and sell units throughout Brazil and countries in South America. The initial order under the agreement is for 2,000 units and production will commence immediately (subject to final approval of the production samples). The first shipments are scheduled for late August or early September of 2005 and Garini's first-year commitment is a total of 20,000 scooters.

The Garini Group has been focused on building their gas motorcycle and scooter dealer network in Brazil so this deal will provide new models to over 300 current Garini dealers while generating almost immediate revenues for Evader.
