Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

DUBUQUE, Iowa--June 21, 2005--Flexsteel Industries, Inc. ... The Board of Directors declared its third quarter dividend of $0.13 per share payable July 15, 2005 to shareholders on record as of July 1, 2005. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 254th consecutive cash dividend.
