KleenAir Systems Inc. Signs Exclusive Chinese Agency Deal with Airtek Inc.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--June 21, 2005--KleenAir Systems Inc. (OTCBB:KAIR) is pleased to announce that they have signed an exclusive agency agreement with Airtek Inc. to develop market opportunities in China for their CATCO(R) product line.

Under this agreement, KleenAir will seek to enter the Chinese OEM and aftermarket business geared primarily to the light-duty passenger vehicle sector. CATCO(R) is a leading supplier of aftermarket exhaust systems in the U.S. and internationally. They specialize in high-volume low-cost production and have developed catalyst manufacturing strategies that enable emission reduction performance at high efficiency and lower prices.

The automobile market in China has been growing very rapidly, and the Chinese manufacturers are particularly aggressive in the small passenger vehicle market. At the same time, government emission regulations have tightened considerably as environmental issues have been given higher priority in Chinese policymaking. Annual production is over 5 million vehicles and is expected to surpass the United States in the next 10 years.
