Lone Star Steakhouse Announces Primary Sponsorship of #40 Dodge

in 2006 with driver David Stremme.

CONCORD, N.C. (May 23, 2005) --- Lone Star Steakhouse announced today
that their multi-year partnership with Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix
Sabates (CGRFS) will include the primary sponsorship of the #40 Lone
Star Steakhouse Dodge with CGRFS development driver and current Busch
Series driver David Stremme for 17 races in the NEXTEL Cup Series in
2006. The partnership also includes associate sponsorship of the #40
during the other 19 Nextel Cup races.

"We can't wait for the Daytona 500. We're excited to get David into the
Lone Star car and into our stores to meet our employees and customers,"
Lone Star CEO Jamie Coulter said. "The future is very bright for Lone
Star and CGRwFS."

Aside from the one-race paint scheme that they ran on the No. 40 Dodge
in 2004 at Homestead-Miami, this will be Lone Star's debut in racing.
Lone Star is a restaurant chain that offers full-service casual dining,
featuring Texas-style ambiance. The first Lone Star was opened in
October 1989 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Lone Star Steakhouse
properties include Sullivan's, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak Houses,
Texas Land & Cattle restaurants and Frankie's Italian Grille. There are
over 300 locations nationwide.

David Stremme joined the CGRwFS stable of drivers in 2002 when team
owners Chip Ganassi and Felix Sabates signed him as part of the CGRwFS
driver development program. Previously, Stremme had started racing in
1994 and over eight years, drove in seven different racing divisions.
2003 was Stremme's first year in the NASCAR Busch Series and he split
seat time with fellow CGRwFS driver Jamie McMurray. He earned the
Rookie of the Year title despite only racing in 18 events. He was the
top finishing rookie in 16 of the NBS races that year and earned three
top-five and seven top-10 finishes. In 2004 Stremme finished 10th in
the championship points standings. Currently he is driving the No.14
Navy Dodge for FitzBradshaw Racing.
