Andy Roddick and Lexus Clinch Perfect Match With Multi-Year Partnership

Tennis Phenom and Top-Selling Luxury Car Brand Kick Off Sponsorship at Wimbledon

WASHINGTON, June 17 -- SFX Sports Group, the world's premier sports marketing and representation agency, announced today that tennis superstar Andy Roddick has signed a deal with Lexus, the top-selling luxury automotive brand in the U.S. Beginning June 20, 2005-opening day of Wimbledon-Roddick will wear a Lexus logo on the left sleeve of his shirt in support of the automaker.

In addition to the shirt sleeve logo, Roddick will also drive a Lexus for personal use and will appear in a Lexus ad campaign. The sponsorship will also include opportunities for Lexus to support the Andy Roddick Foundation, which assists and educates children in reaching their dreams.

Andy Roddick, winner of the 2003 US Open, continued an impressive 2005 by winning his third tournament of the season this past weekend, The Stella Artois Championships. En route to his third straight win at Queens Club, Roddick defeated former champion Mark Philippoussis, Karol Beck, two-time runner-up Sebastien Grosjean and fourth seed Radek Stepanek. Andy Roddick also has two other victories this year, including the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships and the SAP Open.
