The Municipal Government of Shenyang, China Announces Automobile Electronically Controlled Metal Drapertype Variable Speed Case Project

SHENYANG, China--June 16, 2005--FDI Newswire--The Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Government of Shenyang Agency of Shenyang, Liaoning, China hereby announces the following project that is seeking foreign direct investment.

Construction Content: The project construction includes factory houses and office buildings. After completion, automobile electronically controlled metal drapertype variable speed case with independent intellectual property rights will be produced. The annual output will be 50,000 sets.

Market Analysis and Forecast: The research finding will be used on medium-level cars or light buses made at home with independent intellectual property rights. The current output is around 300,000. If 1/10 of the cars adopt the technology (CVT), the market demand can satisfy needs of scaled production. In developed countries, nearly 1/3 of cars are using such products. Therefore the project has very great prospects.

Economic Benefit Analysis (Annual): Output Value: RMB 750-900 million yuan; Profit: RMB 90-108 million yuan; Tax: RMB 86.25-103.5 million yuan.
