Jaguar Announces Mobility Program to Financially Assist Disabled Customers

IRVINE, Calif., June 10 -- Jaguar has announced the launch of the Jaguar Mobility Program. This program will provide financial assistance towards the installation of adaptive equipment to make new Jaguar vehicles more accessible to drivers with physical disabilities.

The program offers up to $1,000 towards the installation cost of adaptive equipment and up to $200 towards fitting an alert hearing device on eligible Jaguar models. It is restricted to a maximum contribution of $1,000 per vehicle.

Adaptive equipment -- such as hand controls or steering devices -- are just some of the items that can be installed to allow individuals with physical disabilities to consider a Jaguar car as an everyday vehicle.

"The Jaguar Mobility Program allows consumers with physical limitations access to luxury, elegance and performance," said CJ O'Donnell, executive vice president of Sales and Marketing for Jaguar North America. "This means that Jaguar can now be considered by some customers who may not have thought of us before."

Jaguar Mobility Headquarters can assist in locating assessment centers, equipment dealers and installers, and potential resources for financial assistance. The Jaguar Mobility Headquarters is available to answer consumers' inquiries. Consumers can call 1-800-207-5517, TTY 1-800-833-0312 for further information on the Jaguar Mobility Program.
