Orbit Drop Acquires VehicleMan.com to Expand on Motor Vehicle Sales
DALLAS--June 10, 2005--Orbit Drop, Inc. recently announced that is has acquired www.vehicleman.com. VehicleMan is an affiliate network of online car salesmen. Prior to the acquisition, people who visited VehicleMan.com were able to signup and become an affiliate of the site. Once a member, affiliates are able to find vehicles through dealerships or personal contacts, take photos, and the team at VehicleMan.com would do the rest. These services will no longer be offered via VehicleMan.com.Orbit Drop will use the VehicleMan.com name and resources to further expand the profit centers in each franchised store. The eBay Motors site is on pace to reach $3 billion in sales this year, continuing a dramatic rise from $750 million in auto-related sales for in 1998. The Acquisition of VehicleMan.com will allow Orbit Drop stores and franchise stores to take part in the revenues.

In other news, Orbit Drop has been approved to grant franchises in the states of Hawaii and Indiana. There are 14 states with federal franchising laws that require any franchisor to submit the Offering Circular and Franchise Agreements for approval. Orbit Drop has already been approved in Michigan and Wisconsin along with Hawaii and Indiana.
