AmTrust Now Available On RouteOne System

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., June 9 -- RouteOne LLC, the joint venture formed by DaimlerChrysler Services, Ford Motor Credit Company, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and Toyota Financial Services, announced today that AmTrust Bank will participate in its credit application management system. RouteOne's web-based system was formed in early 2002 to improve the efficiencies in the dealers' F&I office.

AmTrust Bank and its auto finance line of business are divisions of Ohio Savings Bank. The auto finance division was established in 2000, and offers a variety of exceptional vehicle financing product options to approximately 1,800 dealerships in 17 states.

"We have a long history of stellar customer service, and we are proud to continue that tradition by partnering with RouteOne," said Gary Sneed, national marketing director for AmTrust's auto finance division. "Through our alliance with RouteOne, we hope to reach more dealers with excellent customer service levels."

"We're delighted that AmTrust is signing on as a partner on our system," said Mike Jurecki, RouteOne CEO. "They understand the importance of their relationship with dealers, and we hope to strengthen those relationships through improved service."

RouteOne's innovative on-line system simplifies vehicle financing by reducing the need for the multiple application systems and processes used by many dealers today.
