Saxon Motorcycle Co. Announces Three-Pronged Lifelong Customer Program
CASA GRANDE, Ariz.--June 7, 2005--Representatives of Saxon Motorcycle Co. proudly announced today the launch of a three-pronged program designed to strengthen the Saxon brand and turn Saxon Motorcycle buyers into lifelong customers."Since we launched the Saxon line, we have received tremendous feedback from our dealers, customers and members of the media. To stay on track and build our reputation further, we need to continue to prove ourselves. The three programs we're introducing will help to ensure that our dealers and owners get the support they deserve, and Saxon continues to develop as a world-class manufacturer," said Director of Sales and Marketing David Schwam.
The three programs are as follows:
Customer Satisfaction Assurance Program - After every service is performed on a Saxon motorcycle, a representative of Saxon's "owner satisfaction team" will contact the owner to make sure repairs were completed in a timely and satisfactory manner and to provide the dealer with appropriate feedback.
Nationwide Service Coverage - Saxon has entered into a relationship with Servicegard Systems Inc., administrators of the Extremegard extended service contract program, that will allow its customers to utilize Extremegard's network of more than 2,000 service centers nationwide in the event they either live outside the serviceable area of a Saxon dealer or have a mechanical failure when outside that area.
Dealership Branding Program - In order to strengthen Saxon's brand presence and support their dealerships, Saxon will be shipping all of its dealers branded promotional material and signage for their stores. This program will help to create the link between Saxon's current print and Web campaigns and the in-store experience.
