Harbour Consulting to Amend North American Revenue per Vehicle Measure in Harbour Report 2005

DETROIT, June 3 -- Harbour Consulting discovered today a minor discrepancy in one of the graphs included yesterday in unveiling The Harbour Report North America 2005. As a result, Harbour asks all media to please refrain from using the graph titled "North American Average Transaction Price" in news reports being developed on The Harbour Report.

The graph, which measured revenue per vehicle for the top six auto makers in the North American market, was included in an audio/visual presentation and a press kit provided to media June 2, 2005.

Harbour Consulting regrets the error and apologizes for any inconvenience or confusion it may have caused. The error is attributed to methodology differences in how the average revenue is computed for the group of OEMs included in the graph.

Harbour Consulting is currently addressing the issue and plans to reissue an amended North American Average Transaction Price graph if the methodologies differences can be resolved.

More information and performance results can be found in The Harbour Report North America 2005, the annual study created and published by Harbour Consulting, a Troy, Mich.-based manufacturing and management consulting and automotive research firm.
