Navistar Confirms Details for Second Quarter Conference Call

WARRENVILLE, Ill.--June 2, 2005--Navistar International Corporation , the nation's largest combined commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engine producer, confirmed today that it will hold a live audio web cast Thursday, June 9, 2005, at 10 a.m. Central Daylight Time, to discuss financial results and business highlights for the second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2005, and the outlook for the remainder of the year. A news release highlighting second quarter financial results will be distributed on Business Wire approximately three hours in advance of the call.

Speakers on the call will be Daniel C. Ustian, chairman, president and chief executive officer and Robert C. Lannert, vice chairman and chief financial officer.
