Aftermarket Technology Corp. Announces Appointment of New Chairman, Lead Director, and Vice President and Controller
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., June 2 -- Aftermarket Technology Corp. , today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Don Johnson as Chairman, in addition to his roles as President and CEO, replacing Mike DuBose who has retired from the Board.
The Board also named Mike Jordan to the newly-created position of Lead Director. In this role, Mike will work with Don in setting the Board's agenda, chair all executive sessions of the independent directors, and perform a variety of other responsibilities.
Don Johnson commented on the announcements saying, "The Company appreciates the years of service that Mike DuBose has provided to ATC. We are also excited to have Mike Jordan in the Lead Director position. I look forward to working closely with Mike on a variety of Company matters."
The Company also announced the promotion of John Pinkerton to Vice President and Controller, reporting to Todd R. Peters, Vice President and CFO. John began his career with ATC in January 1999 as Manager, Planning and Analysis and advanced to the Controller's position in November 2000. In commenting on John Pinkerton's promotion, Todd Peters said, "John has been an invaluable financial and strategic resource for ATC during the past six years. This promotion is due recognition for his tireless efforts in professionally directing the accounting and finance functions of the Company."
