Noble International Announces Quarterly Dividend

WARREN, Mich., June 1 -- Noble International, Ltd. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of Noble common stock to be paid June 30, 2005 to stockholders of record June 16, 2005.
