The Company has signed a new distribution agreement with Lessco International for its advanced solutions for automatic inspection of the manufacture of floor covering materials. The new distributor projects the sale of systems valued at approximately $1.5 million during 2005. EVS has so far delivered systems valued at $200,000 to this industry during Q1.

The American Floorcovering Alliance has honored EVS with the award for the Best of FloorTek 2004 "Innovation Award" for its TF1020 Automatic Optical End-Out Monitoring System, acknowledging it as the best innovative product/technology to benefit the floor covering industry during the past year. EVS received this important award during the FloorTek exhibition held on May 17, 2005th in Dalton, Georgia. FloorTek Expo was the first important show where EVS introduced its innovative solutions and products to the Flooring manufacturing industry.
