Global Concepts First Quarter Results Exceed All Projections

MONTCLAIR, N.J.--May 3, 20051, 2005--Global Concepts Ltd. (OTCBB: GCCP) announced today that it's January through March revenue and operating profit were dramatic increases over all previous figures. All details are in the company's 10-QSB just filed.

Revenue in this 1st quarter was $9,954,000 compared to $10,000 in the 1st quarter of 2004. This revenue was double that of the 4th quarter of 2004. Income from operations soared in the first quarter to a positive $357,000 compared to last year's loss of $49,000 in the 1st quarter of 2004. After deduction of interest and an allowance for the minority interest in CLTA, the company reported a net loss of $17,000.

The company confidently reports that 2nd quarter revenue should exceed $13,000,000 and that revenue for the full year of 2005 should easily reach $50,000,000. Income from operations at its major subsidiary, Compagnie Logistic Transport Automobile, S.A (CLTA), could exceed 5% of revenues. All of this is an exciting turn of events since the company adopted its new name last fall: Global Concepts, Ltd.

Ed Rodriguez, Global's Chairman and CEO, was jubilant, "My business plan, complete with revenue and profit projections, is happening just as I anticipated. We intend to close on our latest acquisition, SLATE, in the next few days, for which we will pay a small cash deposit and the balance over time. We are also in serious talks with other potential acquisition candidates. We believe that we can achieve real strength and growth from the absorption of similar transportation entities."

"Our management team, headed by CLTA's CEO, Dominique DeMaio, is prepared, in fact anxious, to take on these expanded responsibilities and have already proven themselves as our results indicate. Look for more exciting things to happen at Global. You won't be disappointed!"
