Company to Host Investor Meetings in Chicago and Dallas

MINNEAPOLIS, May 26 -- Viper Powersports Inc. (Pink Sheets: VPWS) announced today that it completed its year end audit for fiscal 2004 and for the first quarter of 2005. The company said that the information has been published by Standard & Poor's, meeting the "Blue Sky" Manual Exemption in at least 38 states.

Viper also announced that it plans to host luncheon meetings with brokers and investors in Chicago and Dallas on June 1 and June 2, respectively. Other cities are scheduled to present Viper to the investment community in meetings to be held other key cities.
