Tim Gadus Promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of FleetPride

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, May 26, 2005 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the promotion of Timothy J. Gadus to the position of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Gadus joined FleetPride in 1998, holding the positions of Director of Finance and Director of Corporate Development before serving as Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary. In September 2004, Mr. Gadus was promoted to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to working at FleetPride, Mr. Gadus worked as the Manager of Finance overseeing five different business units in the packaging industry at Tenneco and held various Controller roles in other material handling and packaging industries. Mr. Gadus has over seven years of experience in the heavy-duty industry.
