Patriot Motorcycles Strengthens Commitment to Dealer Network; Exclusive Recruitment/Training Alliance Signed With Family Motor Sports

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.--May 2, 20055, 2005--Patriot Motorcycles Corporation (Pink Sheets: PMCY) today announced it has formed an alliance with Family Motor Sports Inc. (FMS) of Costa Mesa, CA, to further its "commitment to excellence" and to continue to build a first-rate certified dealer network.

The agreement awards rights to Family Motor Sports to recruit and train new Patriot dealers in the United States and Canada. The FMS group has established a state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility in Costa Mesa that will serve as both a functional "model" dealership and hands-on training facility for new Patriot dealers.

The facilities are housed in two adjacent locations. FMS will maintain both a flagship Patriot dealer showroom - with a high-tech service center - and a facility dedicated to recruiting new dealers as well as providing comprehensive on-site training and certification.

As of mid-June 2005, new dealers in the United States and Canada will be enrolled for orientation, training and certification in the newly built 25,000 square foot-plus facility. At this "campus" of Patriot Dealer University, new dealers will experience first hand Patriot's commitment to quality and excellence - both through classroom education and hands-on training in a functioning "model" Patriot showroom and service center. Dealer education and certification will cover all operational aspects - from safety, compliance and product assembly to fulfilling customer service.

Family Motor Sports is headed by Rob Zahr, who brings over 15 years experience in developing creative training, marketing and customer relations techniques for major corporations that ensure company objectives and commitments are fulfilled and delivered through dealers to end-users.
