For Immediate Release

Chrysler Group's SRT Vehicles Named Official Cars and Trucks of SCCA

TOPEKA, Kan. (May 24, 2005) - Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), Inc.
and the Chrysler Group jointly announced today a multi-year partnership
that names the Street and Racing Technology (SRT) vehicle line as the
"Official Cars and Trucks" of SCCA.

The partnership includes a free SCCA membership offer to all new SRT
owners, a special SCCA-only discount on new vehicle purchases and a
number of cross-promotional activities and programs for SCCA and SRT.

"Racing is part of the DNA of every SRT vehicle," said Dan Knott,
Director - Street and Racing Technology, Chrysler Group. "This
relationship with SCCA provides a great opportunity to showcase SRT's
signature racing technology and street-legal performance in partnership
with America's premiere grassroots racing organization. And, it
complements the already great relationship that Dodge Motorsports has
with the SCCA."

New owners of SRT vehicles who complete the SRT Driving Experience are
offered a complimentary full SCCA membership - a ticket to more than
2,000 annual track, autocross and rally events, SportsCar magazine and
nearly 50 consumer discount programs. SRT will host 25 SRT Driving
Experience events, in which SRT vehicle owners have the opportunity to
learn more about their vehicle's performance. SRT estimates that 10,000
people will complete the program.

"With the SRT product lineup, the Chrysler Group is developing cars
that are right in line with what SCCA is all about - performance and
excitement," said Steve Johnson, SCCA President and CEO. "We're
extremely excited about our new partnership that offers great benefits
to both SCCA and the Chrysler Group, but most importantly to our current
and potential members."

Beginning later this year, SCCA members will have the opportunity to
purchase a limited number of SRT vehicles at an exclusive discount. The
discount program will extend to the Chrysler Group's full line of Dodge,
Chrysler and Jeep(r) vehicles.

'The true grassroots focus of the SCCA fits perfectly with SRT's
customer base," said Mirko Kerschbaum, Senior Manager - SRT Marketing
and Product Planning. "SCCA members are the kind of performance
enthusiasts who appreciate SRT's benchmark performance at an incredible
price."

SRT will have a strong presence with support vehicles at SCCA's major
events, including The Tire Rack(r) SCCA Solo National Championships and
the SCCA National Championship Runoffs(r) Presented by Kohler.
Additionally, the SRT brand will prominently appear at The Tire Rack
SCCA Solo National Tour and ProSolo events, the SCCA National
Convention, on SCCA's Web site and in its official publications.
